Policy on Returns and Exchanges

Nur strives to deliver product that meets the highest quality standards & ensures that every order is dispatched taking the utmost care and precautions. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if the product is defective, damaged or broken, you may intimate our Customer Care department at customercare@noorjehan.org within 48 hours of courier delivery with photographs of the products in question. After examining the contents of the email, we shall get back to you with our comments and arrange a replacement delivery where applicable at the earliest.

Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays. (Please note Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays are set as Non-working days). To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only like Bluedart, FedEx, Trackon, Indian Postal Service etc. In case a situation arises where it is not possible to deliver at a particular location and the payment has already been made, we shall inform you of the same via email and refund the amount within 4 working days.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is FREE for orders above Rs.15000.00/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand), and is available across India. Shipping charges of Rs.250.00/- (Two hundred and fifty) are applicable for orders below Rs.15000.00/-. This policy excludes product categories like furniture and other items of high volume. which are covered under Offline orders below. 

Offline Orders

Categories like furniture or other voluminous items are shipped through our surface logistic partners. These orders may usually take 12-15 working days when available and their delivery may not be possible at a few selected locations, some items could even take longer. Please note Saturday; Sunday & Public Holidays are set as Non-working days. When these articles are chosen on the website, an email with the order is received by us and we revert to you with the delivery charges, a tentative delivery date and a link to make an online payment for the order. Once the payment is made, you will receive the order confirmation with the delivery date.  

Shipping of Products and Delivery:

Our orders are processed from our own warehouses in Delhi and Gurgaon, India. We strive to deliver orders in 7 working days from the date the ordered is confirmed to metro cities. For other destinations delivery would be 14 working days from the day the order is confirmed, depending on the accessibility of location by our logistics partners. Please note that delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to us. To ensure faster deliveries, Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number in the process of placing order. Delivery of all orders will be to the shipping address as mentioned during Checkout

Tracking Packages

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Along with the order confirmation, a tracking link with the service provider’s information is sent via email to track orders. Order status is also updated on our website and you can check it from the “Order Status” tab when you login to your account.

International Shipping policy:

All shipping costs are determined by the delivery address, weight and volume of the items purchased. Import duties and taxes payable in the destination country vary from country to country and have to be paid directly to the courier company at the time of delivery of the package, these charges are in addition to the shipping costs that are paid to us. When you enter an International address in the shipping address, an email with the order is sent to us automatically. We will then work out the total shipping costs and send you a link where you can make the payment of the total order amount. On receiving the payment, we shall send you an order confirmation and approximate delivery date. Modes of Payment

Domestic orders For shipping to India we accept all major debit & credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and provide a Net Banking option across major banks. Payments through credit cards are accepted through our secure online payment gateway partner ICICI bank and payments for Net Banking are handled through our secure online payment gateway provider Citrus. In a credit card transaction, you must use a credit card that is preferably in the name of the person placing the order. However, this is not a precondition for placing orders with us. We will not be liable for any card fraud because of the card being used fraudulently. The liability to prevent use of a credit card fraudulently is on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' exclusively rests on you in event of a probable fraud. International orders For payments from outside India, a payment link will be sent via email and transactions can be completed using a Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card.
