Policy on Returns and Exchanges
Nur strives to deliver product that meets the highest quality standards & ensures that every order is dispatched taking the utmost care and precautions. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the products are delivered in perfect condition. However, if the product is defective, damaged or broken, you may intimate our Customer Care department at email@example.com within 48 hours of courier delivery with photographs of the products in question. After examining the contents of the email, we shall get back to you with our comments and arrange a replacement delivery where applicable at the earliest.
